Abstract:
The present invention suppresses incongruency felt by a user. This display device includes: a target object extraction unit that extracts a target object included in a main image (PM) captured by an imaging unit; a first object generation unit that generates a first object (SA), which is an image supplemented with the target object on the basis of the target object; an overlapping position setting unit that sets an overlapping position, which is a position for displaying the first object (SA) inside the main image (PM); a display object generation unit that sets the display mode of the first object (SA) on the basis of the position of another object overlapping the target object included in the main image (PM), and the overlapping position, and generates a display object (S); and a display unit that displays the display object S at the overlapping position.
