Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a black modified product from appearing when separating a glass substrate and a resin substrate, in a flexible display device having the resin substrate. To achieve the purpose, the present invention is configured as follow. This display device in which pixels are formed on a resin substrate (100) is characterized in that: a first layer (11) composed of a nitride is formed on a surface opposite to a pixel-formed side of the resin substrate (100); and a second layer (15) is formed which is composed of a silicon layer and contacts a surface opposite to a resin substrate (100)-facing surface of the first layer (11).
