Abstract:
According to the present invention, a measuring robot (1) performs the measurement of radio waves at a measurement point by means of a radio measurement unit (11). When it is determined that the reliability of communication using radio waves is low at a measurement point on the basis of the measurement result of the radio wave measurement unit (11) and at least one piece of obstacle information detected by a topography/obstacle/position detection sensor unit (12), a self-travel route control unit (14) performs control so that the radio wave measurement of the radio wave measurement unit (11) is performed in more detail than when the reliability of communication using radio waves is determined to be high.
