Abstract:
A display device comprises: a substrate; a drive voltage line and a data line that are positioned on the substrate; a first electrode of a drive transistor connected to the drive voltage line; a semiconductor layer including a channel and a second electrode; a gate electrode of the drive transistor overlapping with the channel of the drive transistor; a lower sustain electrode extending from the gate electrode of the drive transistor; and an upper sustain electrode overlapping with the lower sustain electrode, wherein: the semiconductor layer further comprises a first electrode of a switching transistor connected between the lower sustain electrode and the data line, a channel, and a second electrode; the upper sustain electrode does not overlap with the channel of the drive transistor; the lower sustain electrode comprises first and second portions that are positioned on both sides of the gate electrode of the drive transistor; and the upper sustain electrode overlaps with the first and second portions of the lower sustain electrode.
