Abstract:
The present invention relates to a distilled soju distilling machine and distilling method and, more specifically, to a distilled soju distilling machine and distilling method wherein: a distillation neck is provided above a distillation pot, and 30 or fewer distillation plates formed of a bubble cap, a sieve tray, or the like are provided in the distillation neck; and after vapor evaporated from the uppermost distillation plate is cooled in a primary cooling unit, an effluent is refluxed to the uppermost distillation plate, and the remaining effluent is cooled in a secondary cooling unit and then measured in a metering tank and fractionated into a first stream tank, a midstream tank, and a last stream tank such that the content of flavor ingredients of distilled spirits is arbitrarily automatically adjusted within a predetermined target value to produce the distilled spirits, thereby further concentrating and separating the flavor and increasing the productivity of the distilled spirits.
