Abstract:
The present invention suppresses leakage current in a display device provided with an organic EL film. This display device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic EL film. In the display device, the first electrode and the second electrode have different polarities. The organic EL film in the display device is formed on a predetermined number of sub pixels and connection portions which are portions connecting the adjacent sub pixels among inter-pixel areas between the predetermined number of sub pixels when viewed in a direction perpendicular to a predetermined plane. The organic EL film is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode when viewed in a direction parallel to the predetermined plane.
