Abstract:
A display device comprising: a substrate; a heat-dissipating layer provided on a main surface of the substrate and including aluminum nitride; a plurality of light emitting elements provided over the heat-dissipating layer on the main surface side of the substrate; an insulating film covering the heat-dissipating layer; and a cathode wire provided over the insulating film in a peripheral region outside a display region of the substrate, the cathode wire being electrically connected to the cathodes of the light emitting elements. The heat-dissipating layer is provided continuously from a region overlapping the plurality of light emitting elements to the peripheral region. The insulating film has a contact hole overlapping the cathode wire and the heat-dissipating layer in a plan view from a direction perpendicular to the main surface of the substrate.
