Abstract:
A display element, wherein: the source or drain of a first transistor (161) is electrically connected to first wiring (152), while the other is electrically connected to a first node (158), and a gate is electrically connected to second wiring (154); the source or drain of a second transistor (162) is electrically connected to third wiring (153), while the other is electrically connected to a second node (159), and a gate is electrically connected to the second wiring; the source or drain of a third transistor (163) is electrically connected to the first node, while the other is electrically connected to fourth wiring (155), and a gate is electrically connected to the second node; the source or drain of a fourth transistor (164) is electrically connected to the second node, while the other is electrically connected to fourth wiring, and a gate is electrically connected to the first node; a third electrode (121) tilts according to a signal supplied to a first electrode (123) electrically connected to the first node and to a second electrode (122) electrically connected to the second node; and reliability is increased by using an oxide semiconductor in one or more of the transistors.
