Abstract:
A problem of the present disclosure is to provide a display method for a wiring device in which light can be emitted on the basis of the distance to an object, and also to provide a wiring device. Provided is a display method in a wiring device (1). The wiring device (1) includes a first light source (2), a display panel (3), and a distance measuring unit (4). The display panel (3) is arranged in front of the first light source (2) and transmits light emitted from the first light source (2). The distance measuring unit (4) measures a distance (41) to an object (8). The intensity of the light emitted from the first light source (2) is changed based on the distance (41) measured by the distance measuring unit (4).
