The present application relates to the technical field of display. Disclosed are a display module and a display apparatus, which aim to solve the problem of a binding position of a circuit board of an OLED display product being prone to becoming loose or the circuit board being prone to tearing. The display module comprises: a display substrate, which has a first edge; a circuit board, which is arranged at the first edge of the display substrate and is electrically connected to the display substrate; and a support board, which is arranged on the side of the display substrate where a non-display face is located, wherein the support board is bendable and comprises a first part and a second part, the second part is provided with a hollowed-out opening, the display substrate is located at the first part and is fixedly connected to the first part, and the circuit board is located at the second part and is fixedly connected to the second part. By means of the display module provided in the embodiments of the present application, a binding position of a circuit board is not prone to becoming loose, or the circuit board is not prone to tearing, and the problem of mechanical reliability of a display module during transportation and processing processes can be solved.
