A display module and display device, the display module comprises: a display panel (100) and a backlight module (200) which are provided opposite to each other, a circuit board is provided on a first edge of the display panel (100), and the circuit board is folded over, from a first surface of the display panel away from the backlight module (200), to a second surface of the backlight module (200) away from the display panel (100), so as to form a fold-over part (1010); a fixing adhesive tape (300) for fixing the display panel (100) and backlight module (200), and the fixing adhesive tape (300) is folded over, from the edge of the first surface of the display panel (100) to the edge of the second surface of the backlight module (200). The fixing adhesive tape (300) includes: a first region (301), which is affixed to the edge of the first surface of the display panel (100); a second region (302), which is affixed to the edge of the second surface of the backlight module (200); a fold-over region (303) formed between the first region (301) and the second region (302); and an avoidance part (3030) provided in the fold-over region (303) to avoid the fold-over part (1010) on the circuit board.
