Abstract:
Disclosed are a display module and a manufacturing method therefor. The disclosed display module comprises: a substrate which has provided thereon a TFT layer in which a plurality of thin film transistors (TFTs) are arranged, and has arranged thereon a plurality of substrate electrode pads electrically connected to the plurality of TFTs; a plurality of light-emitting diodes connected to the plurality of substrate electrode pads; and a driving circuit provided on the substrate, wherein the plurality of substrate electrode pads are arranged in pairs at a predetermined distance, and the plurality of light-emitting diodes may be connected to a pair of substrate electrode pads.
