Abstract:
An electroluminescence inspection apparatus is disclosed. The disclosed electroluminescence inspection apparatus comprises: a first substrate; and a plurality of electrode members which are arranged on one surface of the first substrate and electrically contact respective chip electrode pads of a plurality of photodiodes arranged on a second substrate during electroluminescence inspection, wherein each electrode member may be provided with a plurality of contact protrusions that elastically contact chip electrode members of light-emitting diodes when the first substrate is pressed by means of the second substrate.
