Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises a primary display area and a secondary display area, the primary display area surrounding the secondary display area, wherein the secondary display area comprises a plurality of display sub-areas arranged in an array, and each display sub-area comprises N light-emitting units and one control unit; control units located in the same row receive a first signal by means of a first trace connected to the primary display area, and control units located in the same column receive a second signal by means of a second trace connected to the primary display area; for any one of the display sub-areas, the control unit is electrically connected to the N light-emitting units, and the control unit is configured to perform control according to a preset sequence, such that the first signal and the second signal are input into the N light-emitting units; and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2.
