Abstract:
Provided are a display panel (100) and a display device. The display panel (100) includes: a display liquid crystal panel (1) including a plurality of sub-pixels (12) arranged in an array defined by a first grid structure (11); a dimming liquid crystal panel (2) located at the light-incident side of the display liquid crystal panel (1) and stacked with the display liquid crystal panel (1), the dimming liquid crystal panel (2) includes a plurality of dimming pixels (22) arranged in an array defined by a second grid structure (21); wherein, the second grid structure (21) includes a plurality of light-shielding lines (211) extending in a waveform along the row direction and having the same period, the waveform phase difference Δφ of any two adjacent light-shielding lines (211) satisfies: 0<|Δφ|<π.
