Disclosed are an oil guide ring and a range hood having same, the oil guide ring comprising an oil collecting part (1) and a connecting part (2). The oil collecting part (1) is provided with an annular oil blocking part and an oil guiding groove (11) connected to the annular oil blocking part, and an inlet of the oil guiding groove (11) is provided in an inner surface of the oil collecting part (1). The connecting part (2) is arranged on the oil collecting part (1) and extends in a direction away from the oil collecting part (1). The annular oil blocking part surrounds the periphery of a filter screen (7), and when the filter screen (7) rotates, oil is ejected out of the filter screen (7) and blocked by the oil collecting part (1). The oil collecting part (1) is annular, and cooking fumes flow and converge along the inner surface of the oil collecting part (1) and finally flow out in a centralized manner through the oil guiding groove (11). The annular oil collecting part (1) has a certain width, such that a shape with openings at two ends is formed, and the connecting part (2) used for being connected to the range hood is arranged on the opening at one end.
