Abstract:
A display panel and a display device. In a pixel defining layer (2), a black material is used for being prepared into a light absorbing structure (21) to replace a polarizer. The light absorbing structure (21) is used for absorbing reflected light of a touch electrode (51). A light shielding structure is provided on one side of a color film layer (6) to shield, absorb and reflect light on the upper surface of the touch electrode (51). A polarizer structure does not need to be provided, so that the light extracting rate of a light emitting layer (3) is improved while the reflectivity of the surface of the pixel defining layer (2) is reduced, and accordingly a black matrix layer does not need to be provided or even if the black matrix layer is provided, the opening size of the black matrix layer is larger than the slotting size of the pixel defining layer (2), thus increasing the opening rate.
