Abstract:
A visual angle diffusion membrane (10) and a display panel, the visual angle diffusion membrane comprising: a substrate (11) and a plurality of refracting protrusions (12). By controlling a space duty ratio of adjacent refraction protrusions (12) in a first direction and a second direction, a refraction direction of the visual angle diffusion membrane (10) can be controlled, thereby controlling light diffusion conditions. According to the display panel, space duty ratios of the refraction protrusions (12) in different directions are adjusted according to different use scenarios, such that display brightness can be improved, and color deviation can be reduced.
