Abstract:
Disclosed are a display panel (10) and a manufacturing method therefor. The display panel (10) contains: a first substrate (11), multiple device layers (12), a first electrode layer (13), a light-emitting organic layer (15), a pixel defining layer (14) and a second electrode layer (16). The multiple device layers (12) are provided on the first substrate (11), wherein the multiple device layers (12) contain an active layer (121), and the material of the active layer (121) contains a metal oxide. The first electrode layer (13) is provided on the multiple device layers (12). The pixel defining layer (14) is provided on a part of the first electrode layer (13). The light-emitting organic layer (15) is provided on another part of the first electrode layer (13). The second electrode layer (16) is provided on the light-emitting organic layer (15) and the pixel defining layer (14), wherein a refractive index of the pixel defining layer (14) is distributed in ascending order in the direction, facing toward the second electrode layer (16), of the first electrode layer (13).
