Abstract:
Provided by the present invention is a touch display screen having a fingerprint identification device; the touch display screen is a liquid crystal display screen, and the liquid crystal display screen comprises a fingerprint sensing unit and control circuit that are integrated in a thin-film transistor layer of the liquid crystal display screen; the fingerprint sensing unit is used to collect light that enters the touch display screen, and convert the collected light into an electrical signal; the light is reflected light produced after a light source from a screen is blocked by a fingerprint; and the control circuit is used to generate a fingerprint image.
