Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a display panel and a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus. A second area and a first area of the display panel are adjacent to each other, and the light transmittance of the second area is less than the light transmittance of the first area; an array layer of the display panel is located on a side of a substrate, and comprises a plurality of circuit elements; a plurality of light-emitting elements are located on the side of the array layer that is away from the substrate; a shielding layer is located on the sides of the light-emitting elements that face the substrate, and comprises a first shielding layer and a second shielding layer; and the first shielding layer overlaps with the light-emitting elements of the first area, and the second shielding layer overlaps with the circuit elements and/or the light-emitting elements of the second area. A first shielding layer overlapping with light-emitting elements is arranged in a first area, such that film layers in the light-emitting elements can be protected from being etched by a laser; and a second shielding layer is arranged in a second area, such that a film layer in the second area can be protected from being mistakenly etched.
