Abstract:
A display panel (1), comprising scanning lines (10), data lines (12), common electrode lines (14) arranged between adjacent scanning lines (100), a wiring region (16) surrounding the scanning lines (10), the data lines (12) and the common electrode lines (14), and test pins (18). The scanning lines (10) and the data lines (12) intersect to define pixel units (20) which are arranged in a matrix. Pixel electrodes (15) connected to corresponding data lines (12) are provided in each pixel unit (20). The pixel unit (20) comprises a display pixel (22) located in a display region (21) to display an image, and a virtual pixel (24) located at the edge of the display region (21). The pixel electrode (15) and the common electrode line (14) of the display pixel (22) are insulated and spaced apart. The pixel electrode (15) and the common electrode line (14) of the virtual pixel (24) are connected via a connecting hole (119). The scanning line (10), the data line (12) and the common electrode line (14) of the virtual pixel (24) are connected to corresponding test pins (18) respectively via connecting lines in the wiring region (16).
