A display substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device, related to the technical field of display. According to the present application, a first transistor group taking an oxide semiconductor as an active layer material is provided on the side, distant from a substrate, of a second transistor group taking polycrystalline silicon as an active layer material, and an area defined by orthographic projections of all transistors in the first transistor group on the substrate and an area defined by orthographic projections of all transistors in the second transistor group on the substrate have an overlapping area. In the manufacturing process of the first transistor group and the second transistor group which are located on different layers, the performances of the transistors comprised in the first transistor group and the second transistor group are stable, the occupied area of a driving circuit can be reduced, and the frame width of the display device is reduced or the resolution of the display device is improved.
