Abstract:
A chair back adjusting mechanism, comprising a base (1) used for connecting to a chair seat, and a chair back frame (2) capable of reclining backwards. An upper part of a front end of the chair back frame (2) is hinged to a rear section of the base (1), and a lower part of the front end has a swing rod (2-1) which extends left and right and which passes through two sides of the base (1). The base (1) is internally provided with a main push rod (61) extending front and back, and a movable first locking mechanism; a rear end of the main push rod (61) is movably connected to the swing rod (2-1); a plurality of first locking nodes (6-A) are arranged at intervals in a front section of the main push rod (61) in the front-to-back direction; the first locking mechanism can engage with or disengage from the first locking nodes (6-A) located within a moving range thereof. The base (1) is internally provided with at least one set of locking seats (73), a second elastic compression structure (72) and a movable second locking mechanism. The second elastic compression structure (72) is supported between the swing rod (2-1) and the locking seats (73), and the second locking mechanism can engage with or disengage from the locking seats (73). The chair back adjusting mechanism has the advantages of improving the convenience and functionality of adjusting the firmness of front and rear reclining.
