A display substrate (20, 30, 40, 50, 60), which is provided with a center region (AA) and a peripheral region (BB) surrounding the center region (AA). The display substrate (20, 30, 40, 50, 60) comprises: a substrate (100); a dielectric layer (500) that is located on the substrate (100) and comprises a first portion (510) and a second portion (520) which are sequentially stacked in a direction perpendicular to the substrate (100); a pad (200) that is located in the peripheral region (BB) and is located on the top surface of the second portion (520) facing away from the substrate (100); and a conductive sealing part (400) that is located in the peripheral region (BB) and in the dielectric layer (500), the conductive sealing part (400) at least comprising a first portion (410) adjacent to the pad (200) in a direction parallel to the substrate (100), and the first portion (410) of the conductive sealing part (400) being covered by the second portion (520) of the dielectric layer (500).
