Abstract:
This distance measurement device comprises a processor and memory built into or connected to the processor. The processor measures a first intensity of a first wavelength range and a second intensity of a second wavelength range from an object for distance measurement, measures a third intensity of the first wavelength range and a fourth intensity of the second wavelength range from an object for reference, and estimates the distance to the object for distance measurement on the basis of the degree of difference between the measured first and second intensities, the degree of difference between the measured third and fourth intensities, and the distance to the object for reference.
