Provided is a double-control-position retractor for expanding the field of view of a surgical operation, which comprises a fixed block (1) and a movable block (2). The fixed block (1) and the movable block (2) are each provided with a traction arm (3). Traction claws (4) are arranged on the traction arms (3). Two racks (5) disposed in parallel are arranged between the fixed block (1) and the movable block (2). The fineness degrees of teeth on the two racks (5) are different, and the two racks (5) are both connected with a driving assembly (6) on the movable block (2) in a matched manner. The driving assembly (6) can be switched between the two racks (5) having different tooth fineness degrees, that is, rapid adjustment of an expanded distance of the two traction arms (3) can be achieved, and the accurate adjustment of an expanded distance of the two traction arms (3) can also be achieved, thereby facilitating the operation of medical personnel and reducing the working difficulty of medical personnel.
