Abstract:
Provided by the present invention is a double face leather-integrated composite material, comprising a coating film; a primer layer compounded on the coating film; a base material compounded on the primer layer; an adhesive layer compounded on the base material; a braided layer which has a batt layer and which is compounded on the adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is compounded on a braided surface of the braided layer that has the batt layer; or a double face genuine leather-integrated layer compounded on the adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is compounded on a skin layer of the double face genuine leather-integrated layer. The double face leather-integrated composite material provided by the present invention has a coating thickness that may be controlled at the micron level, and the board surface style may achieve any texture or visual effect. At the same time, the product has good physical properties, good quality stability and consistency, a simple production process, and high environmental protection efficiency, and is green and sustainable, and suitable for large-scale production, promotion and application.
