Abstract:

Disclosed are a double-layer bionic drug-loaded hydrogel, and a preparation and use thereof. The hydrogel comprises: an outer-layer hydrogel and an inner-layer hydrogel; the outer-layer hydrogel is obtained by directionally freezing a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution to form a polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel, soaking the polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel in a sodium sulfate solution having a concentration of 0.5-1.5 mol/L, and removing salt ions after soaking is finished; the inner-layer hydrogel is prepared from the following components: a load drug, polyvinyl alcohol, chitosan, genipin, water and a pH regulator; and the outer-layer hydrogel and the inner-layer hydrogel have distinctly different mechanical properties, with the outer hydrogel being tough and the inner hydrogel being soft and viscoelastic. According to the present invention, the problems that an existing hydrogel wound dressing is generally weak in terms of tensile strength and toughness and is not resistant to friction, stretching, squeezing and the like during wound repair are solved. The hydrogel in the present invention may be used for the wound surface of a deep infection of an open combat wound, and has the effects of protection, anti-inflammation, hemostasis, restoration, drug-resistant bacteria resistance and the like.
