Abstract:
A dovetail grinding fixture for a machine tool comprises a bottom plate and a workpiece, one end of the bottom plate is provided with a baffle, the other end of the bottom plate is provided with a second clamping piece, and three fixing seats are arranged on the bottom plate; positioning pins are symmetrically arranged on the center line of the upper surface of the bottom plate, a first clamping piece is arranged on the rear side of said surface of the bottom plate, a groove matched to the positioning pins is formed in the lower surface of the workpiece, and the workpiece is arranged on the three fixing seats; during use, a workpiece is placed on the three fixing seats on the bottom plate, and a groove in the lower surface of the workpiece snaps onto the positioning pins; then, one end of the workpiece is made to abut against the baffle, the second clamping piece is used to lock the workpiece in the transverse direction and the first clamping piece locks the workpiece in the longitudinal direction, causing one side of the groove in the lower surface of the workpiece to be held tightly against the positioning pins, thereby locking the workpiece; workpiece locking is convenient, operation is simple, and workpiece clamping efficiency is improved.
