Abstract:
This drain pump comprises: a rotary blade; a bottom cover (cover); a housing that forms, together with the bottom cover, a pump chamber for accommodating the rotary blade, and that is coupled, through snap-fit, to the bottom cover in the axial direction X of the rotary blade; an annular O ring (seal component); and an accommodation part that is formed by the bottom cover and the housing outside of the pump chamber in the radial direction R of the rotary blade, and that accommodates the O ring, wherein the accommodation part has a conical inner surface, an outer peripheral surface, and a lower surface (pressing part) that press the O ring in the axial direction X and the radial direction R.
