The present invention relates to a drainage sealing device of a drum washing machine. The drum washing machine comprises an inner tub that independently holds washing water during washing of clothes, and a drainage outlet is formed on the inner tub. A blocking component is used for blocking the drainage outlet of the inner tub. A sealing member is provided on the blocking component, and the sealing member is in sealed contact with the wall of the inner tub to close the drainage outlet or to separate from the wall of the inner tub to open the drainage outlet. Also disclosed is a drum washing machine. The inner tub of the washing machine is a container for holding water during execution of a washing procedure. The inner tub is provided with at least one drainage outlet, and each drainage outlet is respectively provided with the drainage sealing device. The blocking component of the drainage sealing device moves toward the center of the inner tub under the effect of the centrifugal force of the rotation of the inner tub, so as to drive the sealing member to separate from the wall of the inner tub to open the drainage outlet.
