Abstract:
Provided is a drum washing machine comprises an inner drum for independently holding wash water while washing laundry; an inner drum drain opening formed at the inner drum for draining wash water; an installation member installed at the drain opening at an inner wall of the inner drum; an installation member drain opening formed at the installation member and in communication with the inner drum drain opening; and a drain sealing device comprising a blocking component used to block the installation member drain opening. In the present invention, an inner wall of an inner drum is provided with an installation member having an installation member drain opening in communication with an inner drum drain opening, and a drain sealing device is used to block the installation member drain opening, thereby realizing sealing of the inner drum drain opening. The installation member enables the drain sealing device to fit and seal therein without changing the conventional circular wall structure of the inner drum, and thus the invention has a simple installation structure. Moreover, the blocking component can tightly fit against a smooth portion of the installation member, thereby providing favorable sealing performance.
