Abstract:
A leading vehicle detection unit (22) detects a behavior of a leading vehicle which is a vehicle positioned in front of a user vehicle and in the same lane as the user vehicle. When the leading vehicle detection unit detects that the leading vehicle has started to move when the user vehicle is not moving, a notification unit (26: S110-S140, S160) implements a notification to start moving which is a notification for prompting the user vehicle to start moving. A situation judgment unit (27) judges whether or not a situation surrounding the user vehicle corresponds to a specific situation which is a situation in which the notification to start moving is unnecessary. When the situation judgment unit judges that a situation corresponds to the specific situation, a suppression unit (26: S150, S170) suppresses the notification to start moving implemented by the notification unit.
