Abstract:
A drive device (1) is provided with an inverter unit (65) and a charge pump circuit (30, 35). The inverter unit (65) has an upper arm element (651) and a lower arm element (652), and converts power to be supplied to a load. The charge pump circuit (30, 35) supplies a gate voltage to the upper arm element (651). The output voltage of the charge pump circuit (30) varies in accordance with the inverter input voltage input from an inverter input line (601) to the high-potential side of the inverter unit (65).
