Abstract:
A drive noise diagnosis system (10) comprises a drive noise detection unit (11), an operation state detection unit (12), a noise oscillation time-series spectrum acquisition unit (15), a feature point extraction unit (16), and a primary cause assessment unit (18). The drive noise detection unit detects drive noise of an actuator or a driven machine. The operation state detection unit acquires the operation state of the actuator. The noise oscillation time-series spectrum acquisition unit outputs a time-series spectrum in which the power of a frequency spectrum calculated from noise oscillation data is associated with frequency and time. The feature point extraction unit outputs feature point data in which the frequency, the time, and the waveform of the feature point extracted from the time-series spectrum, as well as operation data at the corresponding time, are set as a group. The primary cause assessment unit compares a numeric value of the feature point data with a numeric value range when a combination of the operation data and at least one of the frequency and the time included in the feature point generated at each instance of a phenomenon occurring in the actuator or the driven machine is used as multidimensional data, and assesses the primary cause of the occurrence of drive noise.
