Abstract:
Provided is a driving apparatus for a wearable exoskeleton comprising a driving module and a transmission module. The driving module comprises a motor (1). The transmission module comprises a motor rotary shaft (100), a driver wheel (101), and a driven wheel (102). The driver wheel (101) is connected to the motor (1) by means of the motor rotating shaft (100). The driven wheel (102) is connected to the driver wheel (101). The cross-section of the driver wheel (101) is non-circular, such as a multi-arc-edge shape, a three-arc-edge shape, or a Reuleaux triangle with a rounded angle at the vertex, such that the driver wheel (101) can produce higher torque, the wear between the driver wheel (101) and a sleeving unit can be reduced, higher torque is provided, and the transmission power is better transmitted to the units sleeving the driving wheel (101). The present invention features an ingenious structural design, prolonged service life, and improved transmission performance. The present invention may further provide a bearing (103) and a driven wheel securing part (104), allowing a smoother power transmission from the driver wheel (101) to the driven wheel (102) with higher safety and less transmission noise. The driving apparatus has a reasonable transmission mode and is not prone to abrasion, thus possessing prolonged service life, safety, and excellent performance.
