Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a prediction method and prediction apparatus for a fracture risk of a patient with osteoporosis. The prediction method comprises: performing multiple regression analysis on personalized factor data and bone mineral density data of a batch of patients with osteoporosis, so as to establish a multiple regression equation; establishing a lumbar-vertebra finite element model for each of said patients; performing simulated analysis on a biomechanical change in each lumbar-vertebra finite element model when a force is applied to the lumbar-vertebra finite element model in several daily scenarios, so as to obtain the proportion of the micro strain on a centrum cancellous bone unit in each lumbar-vertebra finite element model exceeding a threshold; performing correlation analysis according to the proportion of the micro strain on the centrum cancellous bone unit exceeding the threshold, and the bone mineral density corresponding to each lumbar-vertebra finite element model, so as to obtain an osteoporosis fracture risk prediction equation; and obtaining a fracture risk assessment result according to personalized factor data of an object to be subjected to prediction, the multiple regression equation and the osteoporosis fracture risk prediction equation. The method takes the influence of personalized factors on a bone mineral density into consideration, thereby facilitating the accurate prediction of a fracture risk.
