The purpose of the present disclosure is to reduce the risk of collision between a light vehicle and another movable body in a caution area. A driving assistance device (101) comprises: a storage unit (13) having stored therein a first light vehicle caution map (14) for defining a caution area in which there is a risk of collision between a light vehicle and a peripheral movable body; a communication unit (11) for receiving travel information that includes light vehicle information including position information of the light vehicle received from a light vehicle terminal (201) and/or peripheral movable body information including position information of the peripheral movable body received from a peripheral movable body terminal (301); and a notification determination unit (12) that determines, on the basis of the travel information and the first light vehicle caution map (14), whether or not at least one of the light vehicle and the peripheral movable body is going to enter the caution area. When the at least one of the light vehicle and the peripheral movable body is going to enter the caution area, the communication unit (11) transmits, to at least the information terminal of the other, notification information indicating that there is a risk of collision between the light vehicle and the peripheral movable body.
