Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to acquire information of an object which is present in a blind spot as seen from a vehicle and provide said information to a driver. Provided is a driving assistance device 10 for assisting with driving a vehicle, said device comprising: an information acquisition part 20 for acquiring first sensor data which is outputted from a first sensor mounted on the vehicle, and second sensor data which is outputted from a second sensor installed outside the vehicle; an analysis part 30 for identifying the type of an object which is present in the vicinity of the vehicle on the basis of the first sensor data and the second sensor data; and a presentation part 40 for presenting the identified type of the object to the driver of the vehicle.
