Abstract:
A driving method and a driver device for a liquid crystal display. The driving method comprises: receiving an image to be displayed (S701); performing a high-frequency detection on image pixels of the image to be displayed to determine color differences between each image pixel and adjacent image pixels (S702); configuring high-frequency weights respectively for the image pixels on the basis of the color differences (S703); compensating, on the basis of the high-frequency weights, for a color shift for the image to be displayed (S704); and driving a liquid crystal panel to display the image to be displayed having the color shift compensated (S705). By such means, color shifts at wide viewing angles are reduced, thus increasing display effects at wide viewing angles.
