Abstract:
A driving method and unit for a display device, and a display device. The driving method for a display device comprises: dividing sub-pixels of a display panel into a plurality of array blocks, and selecting at least one sub-pixel in each block as a light-emitting pixel; receiving an image to be displayed, obtaining a pixel signal of each pixel, and looking up a table for the pixel signal to obtain a first driving signal of a sub-pixel of each pixel; calculating, according to the first driving signal of the sub-pixel in the same array block, a first brightness signal for driving the light-emitting pixel; and driving the light-emitting pixel by means of the first brightness signal, and driving other sub-pixels by means of pixel signals.
