Abstract:

In a drug solution administration device (10), when a first engagement part (52) is in contact with a second engagement part (108) and the protruding end of a second convex portion (110) of the second engagement part (108) contacts with the protruding end of a first convex portion (54) of the first engagement part (52) while the second engagement part (108) is not engaged with the first engagement part (52), the engagement promotion guiding part (90) guides a guided part (149), which is formed on a pusher (84), accompanied with the rotation of a feed screw shaft (86) upon the release of the rotation restriction of the pusher (84) by a rotation restricting mechanism (88). Thus, the pusher (84) is rotated while moving toward the tip direction and the second engagement part (108) is engaged with the first engagement part (52).
