Abstract:
The present invention relates to a drying apparatus system comprising a heat exchanger, and a drying apparatus, which heats a coated object to dry a product, comprises: a dryer (100) for heating and drying the coated object; a heat exchanger (104), connected to one side of the dryer (100), for increasing the temperature to a high temperature by using and heat exchanging heated waste air discharged from the dryer (100) after drying the coated object; an air supply fan (108) connected to the heat exchanger (104) through one side thereof to blow waste air heated to a high temperature by the heat exchanger (104) and equipped with an electric heater (110) which is provided to the other side of the air supply fan, increases the temperature of the heated waste air and supplies the heated waste air to the dryer (100). The drying apparatus including the heat exchanger can obtain high efficiency by using waste heat left over in the dryer and remarkably improves productivity by decreasing fuel costs.
