Abstract:
The present invention relates to a food waste treatment apparatus comprising: a body; a drying container support unit; a drying container; a drying unit; a cooling unit; a circulation unit; a low-temperature maintenance unit for maintaining the inside of the body at a low temperature, thereby preventing air in the apparatus from expanding when heated, and preventing fat and other ingredients which are contained in food waste and which are liquefied or volatilized at a high temperature from becoming stuck to the apparatus and being decomposed; and a drain unit for draining condensate formed in the cooling unit.
