Abstract:
Dual-channel secure PLC-based synchronous control and data voting methods. Two CPU control units each have the right to have priority in obtaining, from the other party, a CAN bus data exchange channel for sending data, and the rule for obtaining said right is as follows: the CPU control unit that first completes power-on initialization has the priority to send a master control unit request frame to the other CPU control unit, and then sends data by means of a CAN bus data exchange channel; the CPU control unit that first completes power-on initialization is a master CPU control unit, and the other CPU control unit is a slave CPU control unit; and after confirmation by the master and slave CPU control units is complete, system synchronization is established. The present invention is achieved by using a reasonable and efficient software mechanism, which can ensure the safe and stable operation of the system, and, moreover, can also prevent loss of performance as much as possible. The data voting method proposed by the present invention increases system availability and solves the problem of the trip rate being high due to misjudgment by a control system.
