Abstract:
A power amplifier output matching circuit, a radio frequency front-end module, and a wireless device. The power amplifier output matching circuit is used for connecting a first power amplifier output (11) and a second power amplifier output (12) of the output stage of a push-pull power amplifier (10), and comprises a load balun (20), a first DC blocking circuit (30), a second DC blocking circuit (40), a first feeder circuit (50), and a second feeder circuit (60); a main coil of the load balun (20) is provided with a first balun input (21) and a second balun input (22); the first balun input (21) is connected to the first power amplifier output (11) by means of the first DC blocking circuit (30), and the first balun input (21) is connected to the first power amplifier output (11) by means of the first feeder circuit (50); and the second balun input (22) is connected to the second power amplifier output (12) by means of the second DC blocking circuit (40), and the second balun input (22) is connected to the second power amplifier output (12) by means of the second feeder circuit (60). The present circuit can effectively eliminate the effect of parasitic inductance on load line impedance and load line insertion loss, thus guaranteeing the output power and power conversion efficiency of the push-pull power amplifier.
