Abstract:
A dual clutch fixture, comprising: a body portion (31), the body portion (31) being matched with part of the outer circumferential contour of both clutch assemblies (1) of a dual clutch and a centering slave cylinder (2) and extending to form a plate shape; and a plurality of fixed columns (32), the plurality of fixed columns (32) being used for matching holes (11h) formed in outer hubs (11) of the clutch assemblies (1), and the plurality of fixed columns (32) being fixed to the body portion (31) in a protruding manner from the body portion (31) toward one side, such that the axial dimension of the dual clutch can be substantially kept unchanged. In addition, also provided are a dual clutch comprising the dual clutch fixture and an assembly method for a transmission comprising the dual clutch, capable of avoiding transmission assembly failure due to axial dimension variation of the dual clutch.
