Provided in the present invention is a dual-microstrip-line coupler. The dual-microstrip-line coupler comprises a coupling line, a load resistor, a pi-type filter network, a band-pass filter, a first inductor, a fourth inductor, a fourth capacitor and a coupler output end, wherein a fourth port of the coupling line is sequentially connected to the first inductor, the fourth inductor, the fourth capacitor and the pi-type filter network in series, and is then connected to the coupler output end; the pi-type filter network comprises a sixth inductor, and a first resonator and a second resonator that are respectively bridged between two ends of the sixth inductor and the ground, and the sixth inductor is connected between the fourth capacitor and the coupler output end; and the band-pass filter is arranged between the fourth inductor and the first inductor, and the band-pass filter is bridged between the first inductor and the ground. Further provided in the present invention are a power amplifier transmitting module, a mobile communication device and a chip. The technical solution of the present invention has a simple circuit, is easily implemented, achieves a high coupling coefficient flatness, and has a frequency selection characteristic.
