Abstract:
A microfluidic chip and an in vitro diagnostic analysis apparatus. The microfluidic chip comprises a chip body (10), a magnetic bead and a suction assembly (20). A sample fluid is injected into a preset chamber at the head through an sample inlet (121), so that the sample fluid reacts with a stored reagent in the preset chamber; a target after reaction is carried by the magnetic bead, and the magnetic bead is attracted by a magnetic device; the microfluidic chip or the magnetic device is moved, so that the magnetic bead carries the target and moves to the next preset chamber, and finally enters a tail preset chamber, and the target is obtained from the tail preset chamber; and then, the target passes through a first branch channel (141) and enters a sample test chamber (142) by means of the suction action of the suction assembly (20), and amplification and test operations are completed in the sample test chamber (142).
